Atlas X2 ultrasonic generator, stand-alone component.

The Ultrasonic Generator Atlas X2 allows to execute all kinds of ultrasonic cutting, welding and punching operations for any type of thermoplastics due to its versatility.

It is possible to easily install this ultrasonic generator into automated industrial lines in the food, textiles, pharmaceutical, medical, plastics, packaging and automotive manufacturing fields.

The Atlas X2 is compact and it may be embedded inside the required machinery. It counts with an analog interface, a Profibus and RS232 port that facilitate a smooth dialogue with the PLC computer. Furthermore, it has an integrated LCD touchscreen for controlling the the criteria of each single vibrating unit.

It provides all the primary frequencies ranging from 20000 through 40000 Hz, with electrical ratings from 400W to 3000 W, making it suitable for 90% of market applications.
