The Elmdstr ultrasonic generator may be interfaced with several types of transducers, which allows end users to manage both small and large sonotrodes.

The Elmdstr is a compact, high-performance ultrasonic pulse generator. It is built in a robust aluminium chasis to facilitate its installation into automated systems and advanced robotization processes.

Due to its versatility, the Elmdstr ultrasonic generator can also be used with manual ultrasound pistol kits for riveting, fastening or insertion activities.

When paired with a titanium blade, the Elmdstr is the perfect component to be embedded in food products cutting machinery.

The Elmdstr is capable of reaching up to 2000W, achieving a wider soldering surface and letting a bigger sonotrode to be manufactured and employed when compared to 40 kHz gear.

The Elmdstr counts with an electronic front panel and a dedicated firmware purposely created for standard welding operations and adjusting the vibrating unit’s settings.
